Cameron County Jail Package Program
All items in this catalog have been approved by the Cameron County Jail. Union Supply Direct will only accept orders placed by family members and friends. Inmates may not purchase packages for themselves or other inmates.
How to Place an order:

Limits: There is no spending limits for this program.
Ordering Information: Starting July 27th,2022 orders are able to be placed.
Delivery of Packages: USG will deliver packages to Cameron County Jail weekly.
Item Substitutions: If an item is discontinued by the manufacturer, we will substitute with an item of equal or greater value.
Payment Method: Union Supply Direct accepts the following forms of payment: credit card and PayPal. We accept major credit and debit cards with the following logos: Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Union Supply Group. Please be sure to provide your exact credit card holder name, billing address, CVV code and the telephone number that your credit card issuer bank has on file for you. The following forms of payments are not accepted: Green Dot, personal check, money order, cash payment through ACE CASH EXPRESS®, Cash App, and Apple Pay.
Sales Tax: Taxes are charged on each order.
Shipping: All orders have a $8.95 shipping fee (non-refundable).
Returns: Used or abused items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Please check all your items upon receipt. If any of these items are found to be missing or damaged in shipping, please notify a facility staff inventorying your package immediately. Damaged food and hygiene items will be refunded. If the original payment was made by credit or debit card, approved refunds will be credited back to the card used in the original purchase, including prepaid credit and debit cards.
